The hotel is conveniently located near the border, offering spacious and clean rooms with a cozy feel. The staff is exceptionally polite and kind throughout the stay, making it a welcoming experience. However, the proximity to the border can lead to traffic congestion at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy due to the nearby nightclubs on Revolucion, but they were as advertised. The service was excellent, especially with the staff accommodating my husband's special diet needs. The location had its charms despite being close to the Mexican border police, offering a quiet retreat at night and easy access to nearby attractions. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows, with some surprises in the menu. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
